Our Quality Policy

Shanghai Kiline Paper Co., Ltd.  staffs are committed to meeting each customer's specifications and exceeding each customer's expectations. We achieve this through the periodic review and continuous improvement of all processes in our Shanghai Kiline Paper Co., Ltd.  Management System.

1) We make "sample book" for every new order, indicating every details (materials, specs, packaging), pre-confirmed by clients and us, then pass to our production team as a mandatory attachment for production;

2) After the contract being confirmed, we'll make pre-production samples and deliver to clients for confirmation;

3) After samples confirmed, we'll arrange bulk production accordingly;

4) Our QC/QA staff inspect the production strictly and randomly, under instruction of the "sample book", and record for future trace;

5) Production and packing accomplished, goods will be shipped to ready-to-ship warehouse. Customers may inspect by themselves or by authorized third party in steps 3, 4, 5.
